healthy first. By combining holistic approaches and focusing on attaining
physical and emotional balance first, the possibility of permanent healthy
weight management is increased.
Most of us know what we need to do to lose weight - we need to eat healthy, nourishing foods and move more. But either we don't do it or we do, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Why is that?
In this interactive program we'll explore the other contributors to weight gain - other than diet and exercise. Linda will share tips and ideas that participants can apply right away that can have a huge, positive impact on health and weight.
