Ms. Lett will lead a 2.5 hours formal dining tutorial including four courses - lunch or dinner.  Covered topics included are greetings, host and guest duties, utensil recognition and usage, the rules of the table, the history of why we eat the way we eat around the world.which is my bread plate?, which is my glass?, proper conversation topics for the table, dropping things, knocking stuff over, spilling on the table, passing food, napkins, leaving the table.

After the tutorial, participants will hate dining with others because they will notice every little faux pas their dining partners commit.
